Journalist and Presenter Ciara Riordan interviews one Irish woman per episode on the Mná na hÉireann podcast.
Each guest will talk about three defining moments, what they learned from them, and what being an Irish woman means to them.
This podcast celebrates Irish women from every walk of life, living across the globe.
And there is a bit of fun at the end with the rapid fire question round - Taytos or King crisps, Lyons or Barrys tea... which one do you prefer?!
